All packages will be shipped within a week after purchase, and will generally arrive within 4-7 business days.

Custom-made orders will be shipped when the items are ready, production is usually 3-4 weeks.

Unfortunately, international shipping currently unavailable.

pickup

Local pickup is available from Beit Jann, north Israel. At the checkout please select "Pickup", and follow the following instructions. Pickup information will be sent also along with your order confirmation email.

returns

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are accidentally shipped to you or if they arrive broken. If this does occur, please email me with your order number and images of the damged piece, along with the box and packaging attached within 24 hours once received.

Please understand that shipping coasts are not refundable in any case.

Also, be noted that custom made orders cannot be returned.

All studio Clay by Aya pieces are 100% handcrafted, in small batches making them the only of its kind in the world. Imperfections may occur as the clay goes through a quite journey before the final product ends up in your hands, it's baked several times in the kiln and painted by hand.

How to care for your ceramic ware

All pieces are made from food safe stoneware clay and food safe glazes. Items are microwave safe and dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is preferred to extend lifetime quality. Do not expose to sudden shifts in temprature.
